We welcome you to attend our June Membership Gathering, also known as our "Annual Meeting," which will be held on Wednesday, June 5, beginning with an optional dinner at 5:15 pm, and commencing with the meeting at 6 pm. All members are urged to attend. (Only members may vote, but ALL CHBC congregants are welcome to attend.) 

• When: Wednesday, June 5th from 5:15-8:00 pm
• From 5:15-6:00 pm, we will feast together, before transitioning to the main content beginning at 6 pm and ending by 8 pm. 
• **NOTE: The main agenda is beginning 30 minutes earlier than prior Membership Gatherings due to the time needed for vote casting and counting.
• Where: CHBC Sanctuary
• What: We will break bread with one another, pray with and for one another, introduce new members and send off departing members, and celebrate what God is doing in our midst and among our communities. Members will also be voting on three items below. Click on each for more information so you are well informed and prepared to vote that evening:
• The proposed bylaws revisions (see below)
• The proposed budget for FY 2024-25 (see below)
• Elder and deacon nominees beginning or renewing terms (see below)

• Dinner will be provided - A pasta and salad dinner will be provided for $5/person, available for those arriving from 5:15-6:00pm. Please register so that we have an accurate head count and an idea of dietary restrictions! 
• Kids Fellowship will be offered for ages 1 year through 5th grade, with kids heading to the Kids Center at ~6:20 pm after the membership family welcomes and goodbyes. Kids must be registered in advance to participate. Upon completing this registration, a follow-up email will be sent with the link to register your children. SIGN UP YOUR CHILD(REN) FOR KIDS FELLOWSHIP >
• Dessert/Bread potluck - If you are willing to bring in something sweet or a side of bread to share with the church family, please indicate this on the registration form. Show off your famous recipe or pick up something tasty on the way in. Either way, thank you!
• Ways to serve - As always, we need a lot of help to make this gathering happen! Many hands make light (and fun!) labor. :) Indicate where you can serve your church family through the registration. Opportunities include providing a dessert or bread to share, food prep or serving, setting up or cleaning up, Kids Fellowship volunteers, etc.
